I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A relative of mine worked at Airport Supplies & Service Inc in Ipswich, MA and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is designed for:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous reasons for using particular contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides contract clarity

There are further product advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

I really have to reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do a little more research to determine which products offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Ipswich as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
