I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A friend of mine used to work at Los Angeles City – Airports Dept, L A International Airport, Public Affairs in Inglewood, CA and she said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software enables organisations to easily manage the many types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I would like it to do. There are many advantages of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are further benefits but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

• ProCon

I really should shorten the list to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are often the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My plan is to do some more investigating to determine which products offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Inglewood as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
