I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A friend of mine briefly worked at Airport in Ida Grove, IA and she said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software allows organisations to easily manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This kind of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are a number of advantages of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are more product advantages but those are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Memba Context

I really must shorten the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make the right decision before buying software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do some more research to determine which programs offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Ida Grove as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
