I have spent the last 2 months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A friend of mine used to work at Trajen Flight Support in Houston, TX and she said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software lets enterprises to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are numerous benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are other product advantages but those are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Open Windows
• IntelliContract
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are generally the quickest way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My next step is to do some more research to work out which products offer the most features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Houston as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
