I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A relative of mine used to work at CTS Corporate Transportation Specialist in Harrison, NY and he once said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software allows enterprises to easily manage the many types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are a number of advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more advantages but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other businesses.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Open Windows
• IntelliContract
• Blueridge Software
• Memba Context

I really have to reduce the list to the best software based on features, cost, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are often the easiest way to make the right decision before buying software, especially this kind of software.

My plan is to do a bit more investigating to work out which products offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Harrison as well as a number of IT businesses giving this as a service.
