I have spent the last couple of months looking for the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A friend of mine worked at Hammonton Airport in Hammonton, NJ and he said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables organisations to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other benefits but they are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

• ProCon

I really must shorten the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are often the easiest way to make a final decision before buying software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do a little more investigating to determine which packages offer the most features and the most value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Hammonton as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.
