I have spent the last couple of months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A relative of mine used to work at Village Of Hamilton in Hamilton, NY and she said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to buy this kind of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software lets organisations to easily manage the various types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are other advantages but they are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are frequently the easiest way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a bit more investigating to work out which programs offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Hamilton as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
