I have spent the last few months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A colleague of mine used to work at Great Falls International Airport Authority in Great Falls, MT and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

I really have to narrow it down to the best software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Software program reviews are often the quickest way to make a final decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do a little more investigating to see which packages offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Great Falls as well as a number of IT businesses providing this as a service.
