I have spent the last few months looking for the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Tig-Air Aviation Inc in Fulton, MO and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software lets companies to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they use. This type of software can ensure consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are a number of benefits of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are further benefits but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

• Accruent

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are often the best way to make a good decision before buying software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do a bit more reading to determine which products offer the best features and the most value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Fulton as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
