I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A friend of mine worked at Freeport Flite Center in Freeport, IL and he said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this kind of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are numerous reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• provides contract clarity

There are further advantages but those are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

I really have to reduce the list to the best software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are generally the quickest way to make a good decision before buying software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do some more reading to work out which packages offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Freeport as well as a number of IT businesses presenting this as a service.
