I have spent the last couple of months investigating the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Atlantic Livery Service Inc. in Freeport, NY and he said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets enterprises to easily manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• improves compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further product advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are often the quickest way to make a final decision before buying software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do a little more investigating to work out which programs offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Freeport as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
