I have spent the last 2 months investigating the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A friend of mine used to work at Fort Benton Airport in Fort Benton, MT and she said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is designed for:

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further advantages but these are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

I really have to shorten the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are frequently the best way to make the right decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My plan is to do a bit more investigating to work out which programs offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Fort Benton as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
