I have spent the last 2 months looking for the best contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A friend of mine worked at Forest Lake Airport in Forest Lake, MN and he said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software enables companies to easily manage the many types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are numerous reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are other benefits but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Blueridge Software
• ProCon

I really have to narrow it down to the best software based on features, cost, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are often the best way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do a little more investigating to determine which products offer the most features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Forest Lake as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
