I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A friend of mine briefly worked at Global Air Response in Englewood, CO and he once said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software allows organisations to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are many benefits of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• improves clarity

There are more advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• Accruent

I really must narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are frequently the easiest way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do some more investigating to see which programs offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Englewood as well as a number of IT businesses presenting this as a service.
