I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A friend of mine worked at Global Air Response in Englewood, CO and he once said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to get this type of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software lets companies to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are many benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are other product advantages but these are what matters most to me and frequently to other businesses.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Softrax
• ProCon

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are frequently the easiest way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do some more reading to determine which programs offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Englewood as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
