I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Gold Beach Aviation Elma Airport in Elma, WA and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables enterprises to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are numerous advantages of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more benefits but those are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

• Contract Insight
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are often the easiest way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do a little more investigating to see which products offer the best features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Elma as well as a number of IT businesses giving this as a service.
