I have spent the last 2 months searching for the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A colleague of mine used to work at American Airlines Center – Lost and Found in Dallas, TX and she said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are a number of benefits of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other product advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other businesses.

I really should shorten the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are frequently the easiest way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do a little more research to see which products offer the most features and the most value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Dallas as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
