I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which program to buy. A friend of mine worked at U E C Airport in Daggett, CA and she said they never used that style of software and could not comprehend why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software allows enterprises to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they engage in. This type of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further benefits but these are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My next step is to do some more investigating to see which packages offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Daggett as well as a number of IT businesses providing this as a service.
