I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A friend of mine briefly worked at Cushing Flight Service in Cushing, OK and he once said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to get this specific type of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets organisations to easily manage the many types of contracts they use. This type of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are numerous advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are more benefits but they are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Contract Insight
• Blueridge Software
• Memba Context

I really must narrow it down to the top software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are often the best way to make a final decision before buying software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do some more reading to work out which products offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Cushing as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
