I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which program to buy. A relative of mine briefly worked at Cushing Flight Service in Cushing, OK and he once said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software allows enterprises to easily manage the various types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are numerous reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are more product advantages but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Open Windows
• IntelliContract
• Blueridge Software
• Accruent

I really should shorten the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are often the easiest way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do a bit more investigating to determine which packages offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Cushing as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
