I have spent the last few months searching for the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine used to work at Emerald Limousine in Corning, NY and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to get this specific type of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are a number of reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are more product advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

I really must shorten the list to the best software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are generally the easiest way to make the right decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do a little more investigating to determine which programs offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Corning as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
