I have spent the last couple of months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A relative of mine worked at Copa Airlines in Coral Gables, FL and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software lets organisations to effectively manage the many types of contracts they engage in. This specific type of software can ensure consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more product advantages but those are what matters most to me and often to other businesses.

• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really have to shorten the list to the best software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are often the easiest way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do a bit more investigating to see which programs offer the greatest features and the most value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Coral Gables as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
