I have spent the last couple of months investigating the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A friend of mine worked at Copa Airlines in Coral Gables, FL and he once said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables organisations to easily manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This specific type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are more advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

I really should reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Software program reviews are often the best way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a bit more reading to work out which packages offer the best features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Coral Gables as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.
