I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which program to buy. A friend of mine worked at Jet Tech Inc in Copperhill, TN and he said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables companies to effectively manage the various types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I would like it to do. There are numerous advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are further advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Finetooth
• Contract Insight
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are generally the easiest way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do some more investigating to see which programs offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Copperhill as well as a number of IT businesses giving this as a service.
