I have spent the last few months looking for the best contract management software and am still not convinced as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Port Columbus International Airport in Columbus, OH and she said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software allows companies to easily manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are a number of advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are more benefits but they are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Softrax
• Accruent

I really should narrow it down to the best software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are frequently the best way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do a little more reading to work out which products offer the best features and the most value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Columbus as well as a number of IT businesses presenting this as a service.
