I have spent the last few months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine worked at American Flyer Inc in Cherry Hill, NJ and she said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software allows organisations to effectively manage the many types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are many benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more benefits but those are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• Accruent

I really have to reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Software program reviews are generally the easiest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My plan is to do a bit more reading to determine which products offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Cherry Hill as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
