I have spent the last few months looking for the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A relative of mine worked at Chehalis-Centralia Airport in Chehalis, WA and he once said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are many advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are more advantages but they are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really have to shorten the list to the best software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are frequently the quickest way to make a good decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do a little more investigating to see which packages offer the best features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Chehalis as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.
