I have spent the last couple of months searching for the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A relative of mine briefly worked at Mallory Airport in Charleston, WV and he once said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this kind of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:

Contract management software allows organisations to efficiently manage the various types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I would like it to do. There are numerous benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are further product advantages but these are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

• Softrax
• ProCon

I really must narrow it down to the top software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are generally the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do a bit more reading to work out which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Charleston as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
