I have spent the last couple of months investigating the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A friend of mine briefly worked at Skagit Regional Airport (Bayview) in Burlington, WA and she said they never used that style of software and could not comprehend why I want to get this type of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software enables enterprises to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are many benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more product advantages but they are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Blueridge Software
• Accruent

I really should narrow it down to the top software based on features, cost, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are often the best way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do a little more reading to see which programs offer the greatest features and the most value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Burlington as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
