I have spent the last couple of months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A friend of mine briefly worked at Glynn County Airport Commission in Brunswick, GA and he said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to discuss why I need to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets enterprises to effectively manage the various types of contracts they engage in. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are many advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more product advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Open Windows
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Blueridge Software
• ProCon

I really have to narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are frequently the best way to make a good decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a bit more reading to determine which products offer the best features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Brunswick as well as a number of IT businesses providing this as a service.
