I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which program to buy. A friend of mine used to work at Wood County Airport in Bowling Green, OH and she said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to get this type of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets organisations to effectively manage the different types of contracts they engage in. This type of software can ensure consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are numerous reasons for using particular contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more benefits but these are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really should reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Software program reviews are generally the quickest way to make a final decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more investigating to determine which programs offer the best features and the most value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Bowling Green as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
