I have spent the last 2 months searching for the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine used to work at Wilmot Flying Service in Bonita, LA and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software allows organisations to effectively manage the different types of contracts they use. This type of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are a number of advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are further advantages but they are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

• Memba Context

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are frequently the easiest way to make the right decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do a little more research to see which packages offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Bonita as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
