I have spent the last 2 months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A relative of mine worked at Airport Director’s Office in Bloomington, IN and she said they never used that type of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software enables enterprises to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are further advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Contract Insight
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Memba Context

I really have to narrow it down to the best software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do some more research to work out which programs offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Bloomington as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.
