I have spent the last few months searching for the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A friend of mine worked at Aeroflot Russian International Airlines in Beverly Hills, CA and he said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is used for:

Contract management software allows organisations to effectively manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This specific type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are other advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other businesses.

• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Blueridge Software
• ProCon

I really must reduce the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Software program reviews are often the easiest way to make a good decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more investigating to determine which products offer the most features and the most value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Beverly Hills as well as a number of IT businesses presenting this as a service.
