I have spent the last 2 months searching for the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A friend of mine used to work at Beulah Airport Lobby in Beulah, ND and he once said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to buy this kind of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are many reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

There are other product advantages but these are what matters most to me and frequently to other businesses.

I really must shorten the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are generally the best way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do a little more reading to see which packages offer the best features and the most value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Beulah as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
