I have spent the last few months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which program to buy. A relative of mine briefly worked at Drake Aviation Llc – Fbo in Bentonville, AR and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to get this type of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software lets companies to easily manage the many types of contracts they utilise. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are many advantages of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are further product advantages but these are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Finetooth
• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• ProCon

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are generally the easiest way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My plan is to do a little more research to work out which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Bentonville as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
