I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A colleague of mine worked at Cherokee County – Airport in Ball Ground, GA and she said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:

Contract management software allows organisations to effectively manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This specific type of software can ensure consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are many benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are more advantages but they are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Open Windows
• IntelliContract
• Blueridge Software
• Memba Context

I really should narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are often the quickest way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do a bit more reading to determine which packages offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Ball Ground as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
