Atlanta Software
I have spent the last few months investigating the best contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Jet Fueling in Atlanta, GA and she said they never used that style of software and could not comprehend why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:
Contract management software allows companies to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.
So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of advantages of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:
- automatically controls the contract cycle
- improves compliance on both sides
- reduces risk
- provides contract clarity
There are more advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other businesses.
Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:
- Finetooth
- IntelliContract
- Ketera Contract Management Express
- ProCon
I really must shorten the list to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are frequently the quickest way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.
My next step is to do some more reading to work out which programs offer the most features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Atlanta as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
