I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A friend of mine briefly worked at Marriott Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, GA and he said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables enterprises to easily manage the various types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are many reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are further product advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

• Accruent

I really should shorten the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Software program reviews are generally the best way to make a good decision before buying software, especially this type of software.

My next step is to do some more research to see which products offer the best features and the most value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Atlanta as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
