I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A relative of mine used to work at Apalachicola International Aviation Training Center Aiatc in Apalachicola, FL and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are many reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are further advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really must narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are frequently the best way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do some more research to determine which products offer the most features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Apalachicola as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
