I have spent the last 2 months looking for the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A friend of mine worked at Wings of Lenawee in Adrian, MI and she said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software allows companies to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are many advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further advantages but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really should reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are frequently the quickest way to make a good decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more reading to determine which programs offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Adrian as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
