Fallbrook Software

September 29th, 2009 | Category: Software

I have spent the last couple of months searching for the most reliable contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A friend of mine used to work at San Diego County – Public Works Department, Airport Division, Fallbrook Airport in Fallbrook, CA and she said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to get this specific type of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets organisations to effectively manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are numerous benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

  • easily automates the contract cycle
  • improves compliance on both sides
  • reduces risk
  • provides clarity

There are other advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

  • Finetooth
  • Khameleon Software by Oracle
  • Softrax
  • Accruent

I really must reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are often the best way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do some more research to work out which packages offer the most features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Fallbrook as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
