Fairhope Software

July 30th, 2009 | Category: Software

I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A friend of mine worked at Airinc in Fairhope, AL and he once said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables organisations to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they utilise. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

  • automates the contract cycle
  • improves compliance on both sides
  • lowers risk
  • improves clarity

There are further advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

  • Finetooth
  • Contract Insight
  • Ketera Contract Management Express
  • ProCon

I really must reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are frequently the easiest way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do a bit more reading to see which packages offer the most features and the most value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Fairhope as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
