Dodge City Software

July 31st, 2008 | Category: Software

I have spent the last few months looking for the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Dodge City-City - Airport Manager, Airport, Ada Coordinator, City Hall Offices in Dodge City, KS and he said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software allows companies to effectively manage the different types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are many reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

  • easily automates the contract cycle
  • increases compliance on both sides
  • reduces risk
  • provides contract clarity

There are more advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

  • Open Windows
  • IntelliContract
  • Ketera Contract Management Express
  • Memba Context

I really must reduce the list to the best software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make the right decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do some more reading to see which packages offer the best features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Dodge City as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.

I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables organisations to efficiently manage the various types of contracts they use. This type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

  • automates the contract cycle

  • lowers risk
  • improves clarity

There are more benefits but those are what matters most to me and often to other businesses.

Software I am researching includes the following:

My plan is to do a bit more reading to determine which packages offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Colorado Springs as well as a number of IT businesses providing this as a service.
