Urbana Software

March 30th, 2008 | Category: Software

I have spent the last 2 months searching for the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A relative of mine briefly worked at Grimes Field in Urbana, OH and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software lets organisations to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

  • easily automates the contract cycle
  • increases compliance on both sides
  • reduces risk
  • provides clarity

There are other benefits but they are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

  • Contract Connect
  • Khameleon Software by Oracle
  • Ketera Contract Management Express
  • Memba Context

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are generally the easiest way to make the right decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do a little more reading to work out which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Urbana as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.

I have spent the last few months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A friend of mine briefly worked at Lafayette Barwick Airport in La Fayette, GA and he once said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:

  • automatically controls the contract cycle
  • facilitates compliance on both sides
  • reduces the risk
  • improves clarity

There are other product advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

I really must reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are often the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do a bit more research to see which programs offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in La Fayette as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
